How to make Balsamic chicken marinade recipe? step by step procedure:
Well as all of you know that it is a quick & easy recipe, It required very less time to cook.
Take nearly 8 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar in a pot, Five medium (5) or 4 big grated garlic cloves, 1/4 teaspoons of ground ginger powder, two-thirds (2/3) tablespoon of mustard powder, two teaspoons of salt, half teaspoon of garam masala, half teaspoon of onion powder, half teaspoons of ground oregano, half teaspoons of smoked paprika, parsley or green coriander leaves pest one teaspoon. Mixed the all ingredient very finely.
Oh! I almost forget to mention it, take one & half big onion ( 3 inches in diameter) make chopped it, in big pieces. The chicken you need for this recipe roughly 2.2 lb or one (1) kg. Take a spoon & forked it, makes few small holes to pass the marination ingredient into the chicken.
Put all of the marination mixture into a Ziploc bag & put the chicken, make sure pass out all the air from the Ziploc bag. message the chicken for at least two to three minutes & keep it for nearly 45 minutes at room temperature.
heat the non-stick pan at low temperature, put one teaspoon olive oil & lite fry the onions, take care, that, the skin of the onion must not be deep-fried. fry it for 2 to 3 minutes & place the onion on a tray
Now the time comes to Grilled the balsamic chicken marinade, add nearly one to 1.25 tablespoons of olive oil on frying pan & place all the chicken into it, set the near 400F & grilled it for 15 minutes. Make sure you toss the chicken both side. Now add all the fried onion, we have fried earlier, on the pan & put rest of marination mixture into it, cook it for around 2 to 3 minutes. Now the dish is ready to serve on the plates.
